Job Description
Comprehensively plan the company's human resources development strategy, develop short, medium and long-term human resources, and rationally allocate the company's human resources;

Provide advice to the company's senior management on human resources strategy, organization and other aspects, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level;

Responsible for organizing analysis and evaluation of manpower requirements, formulating recruitment plans, recruitment strategies and recruitment work flows;

Build and improve the human resource management system (recruitment planning, training planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee incentives, employee development, employee care and retention modules) that meets the company's development needs, and be responsible for the management of human resources related modules. , implementation, supervision and improvement;

Responsible for the establishment of a lean and efficient training organization system, organize and improve the training management system, provide effective, targeted, sustainable and forward-looking training; supervise the staff training work formulated by various departments, review the training plan, check the implementation ;

Responsible for formulating a salary and welfare system and management system suitable for the company's development, and establishing a dynamic salary management system;

Responsible for decomposing the company's strategic objectives, formulating an effective performance management system and system, organizing the development and establishment of an assessment information system, guiding all departments to carry out performance appraisal work, rationally applying performance results, and writing analysis plans;

Responsible for employee relationship management and establish a career planning platform for employees;

Organize the development of human resources work development planning, planning and budgeting programs, effectively and reasonably control the human budget, and supervise the implementation of various plans;

Responsible for departmental management and personnel work guidance;

Complete other work arranged by the company's leadership
