Company Information
We are representing our client a multinational food manufacturer which products are sold in over 100 countries worldwide including China, US, Europe, SEA, Australia and New Zealand. Our established client is looking for energetic and result-oriented candidate for the position of HR Assistant Manager (Based in Shah Alam).
  • Working hour (Mon-Fr, 8.30am to 6pm)
  • Permanent position

Job Responsibilities
  • Reporting to HR Director
  • Mainly focus in the field of Learning & Development, Staff Engagement, IR and Recruitment.
  • Learning and development – Responsible in identifying training needs, people development program, career path program, HR policy, training needs analysis, training organization and administration and reporting, HRDF fund application
  • Recruitment - Handles recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening and interviewing especially for Managerial level and above
  • Industrial Relations (IR) and Staff Engagement - corporate culture promotion and events, team building organization, 
  • Support relevant audits: GMP, ISO, Halal, internal and external audit, tax audit etc.
  • Support in any HR projects

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Business Admin/HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience in HR specializing in Training & Development, Recruitment and Staff Engagement
  • Energetic and resullt-oriented
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin due to require to deal with Hong Kong/China counterparts
  • Good communication skills in English language is required
  • Experience in training delivery will be an added advantage
