About the company My client a F&B giant is looking for a HRBP to join their young and dynamic HR team. About the role You will drive and manage all employee relations initiatives and develop a HR functional delivery that is aligned with the company's business needs. You are required to effectively manage Industrial Relations such as CA preparations and negotiations and resolve labour-management issues and concerns. You will also look into employee services activities and monitor and control the department's operational budget. You must have good ER legislation knowledge and ensure that the company's HR policies and guidelines are updated accordingly. You will also ensure all internal and external correspondence is in accordance with the company's requirement. About you You must have excellent stakeholder management and have good written and verbal communication skills. You will need 8-10 years of experience in HR management with exposure to IR/ER management. You need to have a strong knowledge of IE/ER practices and legislation. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
