Job Description
• Provide customer support to customers via email and phone queries

• Participate in new customers’ implementation projects

• Translate customer requirements and able to configure systems according to specification

• Process monthly payroll computation and processing for multiple companies

• Ensure that all payroll payments are in accordance with local statutory and company policies

• Perform monthly payroll journal entry and payroll accounts reconciliation

• Able to confidently handle clients’ queries on payroll, human resource and solutions related matters
