Job Description
HR Executive (Payroll) - Based at Kelana Jaya (At least 1 year experience, up to RM3500)
HR Executive (Admin, One year contract) - Based at Kelana Jaya (Fresh Graduate, up to RM3300)
HR & Admin Executive - Based at TTDI (At least 2 years relevant experience, up to RM5500)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the existing HR procedures and able to propose solutions for continuous improvement
  • Provide support in payroll processing, office & benefits administration by liaising with third party medical administration/insurers while managing/updating leave record through QuickPay
  • Plan/facilitate/coordinate on employee recreation/employee engagement related event
  • Attend to employee enquirers on timely manner by providing advice based on existing SOP
  • Application of access cards eg. Tenant and Employee ID.
  • Follow up on Employee Confirmation & Employee Resignation eg. issuance of letters & balance leave calculation for resign staff
  • Employee Data Input into system and spreadsheets for new, existing and resign staff
  • Preparation of monthly Payroll Journal
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
