Job Description
1. Communicate recruitment needs to Management 
2. Monitor and perform close follow ups on recruitment requirements 
3. Advertise and shortlist candidates 
4. To schedule and to arrange for interviews of candidates

6. To Assist HOD in meeting recruitment dateline needs

6. To assist HOD in planing for all staff training, internal or external

7. To maintain proper records of all staff sent for training

8. To receive post training reports from all staff  
9. To update Staff Training Fund Register and handle HRDF Claims
10. To assist HOD in do year-end report on staff trained externally and internally.
