Responsible for Full Spectrum of HR which includes Learning & Development
Manage the overall review, update and maintenance of policy and procedures related to Learning and Development. Ensure Training Need Analysis, Training Plan, Implementation and Evaluation is carried out. Manage the training budget and liaison with various stakeholders such as HODs for internal/external training programs and ensure that all eligible HRDF reimbursements are obtained.Manage the on-boarding program for new employees and industrial training placement.
Manage the Industrial Relations function which include the review and maintenance of policy and procedure, counseling, disciplinary actions, and advise on timely manner to various stakeholders on the relevant labor laws or acts affecting the Company.
Liaison with Industrial Relation Department, Labor Department, Government Officials, Legal Counsels or any relevant bodies related to Labor Relations issues.
Review and maintain employee engagement programs/ employee relations activities to enhance harmonious work environment and provide support to work-life integration among the employees in the Company.
To manage and work with executive search, manpower agencies for interview, selection and placement of new/vacant positions based on the current Job Descriptions for the positions. To identify and advise timely manner of the search method and coordinate the entire selection process leading to recommendation of a panel of potential candidates.
To conduct exit interviews and make a report to the Senior Manager
To liaise with appointed third party in managing the work permit, professional pass requirement. Able to advise internal stakeholders on the relevant requirement on professional and timely manner.
Performance appraisals and reward systems
To support the performance management process and reward management, including salary review and benefit structures that will be competitive within the industry.
Staff Compensation and Benefits
To support salary benchmark, review and support the proposal or communication with regard to compensation and benefits, policy and procedure, or administration.
Environmental, safety & Health Standard
Shall support Environmental, Safety & Health Committee, in close liaison with the Safety Chairman.
Shall support liaison for meeting and complying with all statutory obligations related to Income Tax, SOCSO, EPF, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, JKKP, TNB and JBA or its equivalent of any government related bodies.
To ensure compliance to all ISO environmental requirements to be monitored monthly, quarterly and yearly.
To comply with regulations of Occupational Safety and Health Act.
At least 6-8 years of work experiences in a multinational work environment in HR generalist role.
Degree majoring in Human Resource or equivalent OR its equivalent
Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Power Point Added advantage: SAP/ HRIS- UBS, MCSB, BOS
