Roles & Responsibilities:

• The role combines a unique blend of account management & recruitment.

• The ideal candidate should have full life-cycle recruiting experience, with ability to hire for a variety of skills in IT & excellent client handling capability.

• You will be working closely with the Cognizant Practice leads, hiring managers & clients to develop and execute their talent acquisition strategies.

Skill Set Requirements:

• Should be excelled in MS Excel Reporting and Pivot table generation.

• recruitment, sourcing, client management, pivot table generation, Salary Negotiation, Account Management.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
