Job description 
  • The role combines a unique blend of account management & recruitment. 
  • The ideal candidate should have full life-cycle recruiting experience, with ability to hire for a variety of skills in IT & excellent client handling capability. 
  • You will be working closely with the Cognizant Practice leads, hiring managers & clients to develop and execute their talent acquisition strategies. 


Job Requirements
  • Prior hands-on recruiting experience is a must. 
  • Interest to build career in recruitment with a passion to succeed in area of Talent Acquisition. 
  • Apart from client management, the role requires responsibility for the entire life-cycle of an assignment that will include search, selection and presentation of candidates. 
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize 
  • Openness to work on weekends (to attend weekend walk-ins / represent Cognizant in job-fairs). 
  • Good understanding of skills in Information Technology. 
  • Ready to think outside the box. 
  • Excellent Communication skills, ability to convince, good team player. 
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese highly advantageous.
