Job Description
Prepare movement letters to employee
Create new employee data & up-date movement data in HRMS in accordance to established guidelines
Preparing, retrieving & archiving of personal files of all active / inactive employees and to maintain accurate tracking on archives file
Update employee payment or deduction transaction into HRMS based on valid instructions from authorized parties
To attend to payroll related queries and request from employees
Other ad hoc payroll related matter
