Job Description
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Sourcing and screening potential IT/non-IT candidates for contract and permanent requirements.

• Experience in IT recruitment industry and should have solid experience in Recruitment life cycle.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Experience working in a service-oriented business.

• Sense of urgency and initiative to make calls for prospect candidate and make placement.

• The desire to learn and grow within a fast -paced environment.

• Able to meet KPI and targets.

• Utilize job boards to identify potential candidates using Jobstreet, Monster, Social Media & etc.

• Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interview.

• Negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of contract.

• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.

• Meet or exceed weekly recruiting goal expectations.

• Knowledge in recruitment and IT jargons preferred.
