Job Description
Regional Implementation Specialist: -


• Scoping of client processes, identifying re-engineering options and mapping of client operations

• Prepare reports on migration completion and client knowledge manual

• Client management

• Payroll System setup, creation of paycode, build logics to automate the client specific calculations in the Application

• Create test cases to check the rules, logics applicable for the clients. Test the cases in the payroll application, bug fixes if the results are not matching

• Raise customization requests as appropriate, conduct testing and ensure deployment prior to live run

• Interacts with Technology team for prioritizing and getting any developments and changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar industry/role

• Experience in HRMS

• Knowledge of payroll domain across the APAC region, especially Malaysia

• Ability to coordinate across geographies for implementations

• Excellent project and time management skills
