Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement HR related programs and initiatives to support HR related transformational goals under the Group Strategic Plan

• Implement corporate human resources policies and procedures and ensure all HR related practices comply with labour law, attends to all statutory requirements

• Develop effective recruitment process, acquiring talents that align with company values and promise

• Support the implementation of Project SPARKS, Outreach initiative, FEAST training and other programs under the Group leadership, Management & Talent Development Template and review the level of adoption within the company

• Supports all the managers in the organization in the recruitment process by being the expert on recruitment of G4 and below level employees

• Lead the recruitment process for G4 and below staff and try to work in a proactive way to ensure all vacant positions are filled up promptly

• Establish cost effective and efficient talent acquisition channels through working with executive search companies, online/offline recruitment channels, conduct interviews and give feedback

• Develop talent management systems to build talent pool and career path for employees based on company values, competencies, and needs

• Create an engaging and motivating environment for employees to facilitate talent retention

• Responsible for employee payroll, bonus and incentive calculation, promotion and salary review process

• Control and review manpower planning (budgeting) in collaboration with Department heads

• Analyse the result of performance management review and support in development of training and development programs

• Conduct market survey and develop salary structure by grade to company compensation and benefit remains cooperative in the market

• Conduct exit interview and analyse results and give recommendations to management

• Review comments collected from internal suggestion box and handle grievances received

• Handle industrial and labour relations issues between employees, company and labour department

• Maintain relationship with insurance company to enhance communication & interaction between employees and insurance/broker

• Ensure employee data integrity within the HRIS

• Ensure the Grey Book, country HR policies, local announcements in the company BUZZ is up to date

• Prepare monthly HR reports for submission to corporate HR

• As the custodian of a clean, tidy office environment to maintain a high standard of professional image and

• Responsible for employee uniforms and handling the employee material when they start

• Responsible to monitoring/following up on staff benefits and medical claims

• To be responsible for payroll administration for G$ level and below staff

• Ensure effective updated and valid internal communication within the organization via e-newsletter, emails … etc to drive the engagement process

• Any other tasks as deem required by the immediate superior or management

Work Experience and Qualification

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Law/Management

• At least 5-10 years’ experience in HR with 2 years in Management level

• Certified in Human Resources will be an advantage

• Extensive knowledge of local labour law

• Experience in using HRIS

• Sound computer knowledge especially in Excel spreadsheets

• Good knowledge on recruitment, labour law, training and development, talent management, organization development, compensation and benefit

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Experience in managing people and have a good leadership skill

• Good problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to details and high degree of accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and handling multiple assignments at the same time without losing control

• Able to perform independently and a good team player

• Fluent in both written and spoken English/ (other language)
