Job Description

We are representing our client, who are reputable players in the financial/insurance industry. They are expanding and looking out for potential candidate to fill in the role as Asst Manager for HR Operations.

JOB SUMMARY
To handle the HR Operations function independently. The incumbent is responsible to ensure smooth execution of all activities related to this role in an effective and efficient manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Policies & Processes
  • Develop HR Operations policies & procedures.
  • Conduct briefing & education sessions with employees and people managers to ensure HR policies & processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and applicable laws.
  • Involve in internal process impacts, risk and mitigation management, not limited to Business Continuity Plan related task.
  • Ensure employee handbook is updated.


HR Administration & Reporting
  • Plan, prepare and manage all the administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, redesignation, increment and resignation of employees.
  • Ensure HRIS is updated.
  • Promote HRIS as an enabler in reporting and staff info analysis.
  • Analyze exit interview findings and present to the management on quarterly.
  • Ensure job description of all employees are updated.
  • Manage all matters related to Short-Term International Assignment (STIA)
  • Ensure staff personal files are updated.
  • Prepare the relevant reporting and dashboard that are able to provide an insightful information to the management.
  • Support development of company’s employer brand and position in the local market as a Preferred Employer.


HR Analytics & Projects
  • Perform analytical related analysis and presentation to introduce/promote process improvement/continuous improvement/new initiatives and projects.
  • Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
