Eligibility: Age - 23-30 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree or above
Experience: 2-7 years of experience in Travel, FMCG, Banking, Telecom or e commerce companies handling sales or Business development roles..
Self driven and goal oriented with ability to meet targets and deadlines. Good communication skills esp. English (Both oral and written).
Represent the brand and liaise with Bus operators for partnership.
Introduce, demonstrate and present about the Company Platform (Organization inventory/ sales management system for the operator) Build good relationship with the operators and have periodic business reviews with them and create "Joint business plans" to drive growth. Handle escalations from "Customer service" and also gather & share consumer insights with product / marketing teams.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
