Company Background
We are representing our client which is one of the MNC leading telecommunication group in Asia looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening.
Job Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for developing a clear corporate framework for Industrial Relations policies and guidelines for the fair and effective management of employees taking into account operational requirements, employment legislation and best practice
  • Provide guidance to management on Industrial Relations policies and procedures; and interprets the employment act and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure that they support delivery of quality and efficient services and the achievement of performance targets
  • Ensure implementation of effective HR strategies to ensure availability and effective utilization of use of Human Resources
  • Provide advice to management on resolving employee/industrial relations matter
    Responsible to promote and maintain effective employee-employer relations to produce clear statement and shared values
  • Accountable to maintain records of its employees adequate for the conduct of the business and to meet statutory requirements
  • Act as a change agent to propagate a highly discipline, self motivated and integrated workforce through employee relations programs and activities
    Attend to Domestic Inquiries, representing our company for cases involving IR office and Industrail court.

Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. 
  • At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to communicate well in Chinese, English and Malay
  • Familiar with HRIS and Labor Law
  • Willing to travel
