Job Description
NP Group are exclusively helping an established and successful European software vendor to appoint a few Inside Sales Representatives for their APAC team based in KL, Malaysia. The company is a top international player in the network performance management software space and has been supporting network operators and large enterprises worldwide for over 10 years. Some of their key customers include Ericsson, Vodafone, T-Mobile and BT.

Due to business plans of fast expansion and growth, the company is in urgent need of bilingual / multilingual sales talents to join them and be part of the exciting development in the next few months and years. You will work in a multinational environment and cover international grounds in the APAC region.

These positions offer opportunities to work with global clients, gain exposure to new technologies and very competitive benefits, supportive managers, great team socials and friendly colleagues. There’s also plenty of room for future progression in the organisation (presales, account management, front-line sales, etc).

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representatives:

 Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients

 Research existing accounts, identify key players and opportunities and generate interest

 Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email

 Update prospects and clients’ interactions and other sales activities in salesforce.com

 Work closely with the local sales team and partners to accelerate sales cycle and generate
quotes

Skills & Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representatives:

 Bachelor’s in Business, IT or Engineering studies

 At least one year’s experience in a similar role in the software industry (preferably Networks or Telecommunications field)

 Fluent English plus Mandarin or Japanese, other Asian languages will be an advantage

 Demonstrable ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and
show proposed solutions

 Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively

 Ability to adapt, work independently in a fast-paced environment

 Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport

 Organization skills and self-discipline

 Good command of Microsoft Excel is essential and experience with Salesforce.com is
preferred
