EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
  • Work with the customers to sell the complete End-to-End Education solution suite
  • Actively support across all aspects of Sales and Delivery engagement
  • Ensure realization of the Commercial/Digital sales targets
  • Timely and accurate pipeline and forecast management
  • Develop the sales pipeline on a 4Q rolling basis to ensure future targets can be met
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the Industry Account Executives and other sales colleagues in SAP


KEY COMPETENCIES
  • A proven salesperson who can develop pipeline and close opportunities with customers through telephone and digital means
  • Excellent communications skills and highly developed interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Excellent business and commercial acumen, with an ability to understand the numerous educational business drivers required to develop into a trusted SAP education advisor
  • Self-starter with strong intercultural experience and sensitivity in order to operate collaboratively and influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Understanding of Bookings and Revenue requirements, preferably within the domain of Education Services


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Over 5 years experience working in Services
  • Experience in selling end-to-end education solutions
  • Solid channel sales background
  • Has experience in working and influencing in multi-cultural environments
  • Strong business acumen
  • Team player
  • Sound and clear communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated experience driving substantial sales growth year over year.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Undergraduate qualification or equivalent is preferred.
