Support efforts on import/export activities in regional offices
Identify areas for import/export process improvement to create training and presentations
Classify and maintain and supplier’s products for import and export control purposes and maintain updates
Identify any potential violations of trade compliance regulations and work for resolution
Support internal, external, and government-directed trade compliance audits and assessments
Identify trade compliance risks and provide guidance for mitigation
Assist with preparation of binding tariff agreements and ruling requests
Assist with the drive, development, and implementation of policies and procedures concerning international trade laws and principals
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in law
At least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
