Job Description
Responsible for providing technical support using multiple channels – onsite, phone, email, chat in order to detect, diagnose and resolve technical/incident issues encountered and at the same time fulfill any service requests coming from the client/users. Successful candidates should be able to apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend and execute solutions in order to fix the problem/incident and should be able to systematically fulfill enhancement and ad-hoc service requests coming from the users. Lastly, candidates should be able to document problems/incidents using a support tool for incident diagnostics and solution implementation.

Job Description
  • Provides assistance in diagnosing problems and providing solutions to resolve a technical problem/issue/incident.
  • Applies troubleshooting techniques, tools and procedures to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to fix the problems/issues/incidents.
  • Gives advice to customers/users on how to fix the problems/issues/incidents.
  • Monitors problems/issues/incidents to ensure that these are completely resolved.
  • Escalates more complex problems/issues/incidents to a more senior level support.

  • Assists in fulfilling ad-hoc and enhancement service requests by running reports, implementing the solution, performing system integration testing, and assisting users in performing user acceptance testing.
  • Delivers a positive experience according to client standards.

  • Preferable someone with hands-on experience with eBWORX TBS product or their Cash Management System / Transaction Banking System
  • Position will be based at client side, location will be in Kuala Lumpur
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): bank application / ebworx / java / SQL / UNIX Scripting
  • Must have experience in Transaction Banking System
  • Preferably those specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
