Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's computer systems. Manage the IT Service Desk and be the first line of contact for all staff requiring IT Support. Provide backup to the IT Support Specialists with remote support when required and complete general IT administrative tasks.
Troubleshoot, resolve hardware and software issues;
Ensure proper functioning of Photostat machines, printers and scanner;
Create Email ID for new staff;
To do a monthly email backup, storage and maintenance for each user;
Provide computers, laptops for new employees;
Monitor the entire IT infrastructure;
Update network application as required;
Maintain daily ERP backups;
Monitor ERP modules;
Website updating with recent post and new projects;
Update software in C-panel for webpage;
Coordinate with the staff and vendor
in ERP implementation;
Conduct ERP trainings for new users;
Prepare ERP reports and documentations (monthly status);
Conduct ERP meeting with staff and vendor;
Monitor file server CPU usage & memory health;
Manage all hand phone lines with the Telco company.
To submit daily and monthly reports to the management;
Perform routine monitoring and performance benchmarking;
Monitor and remove virus, spyware and other non authorized software;
Complete special projects as requested;
Produce file access depending on users position;
Cloud backup via FTP – Monitor the daily backup;
Purchase of new computers, software, antivirus to increase the IT System with the latest technology;
Prepare monthly reports for Hardware/Software purchases and implementations;
Monitor & maintain CCTV;
Prepare proposal reports to dispose of unused/faulty/old IT items;
Periodically to provide system support at Company Store(s) and Project Sites.
To carry out ad hoc duties as and when required by the Management.
