IT Help Desk

Job Description:
  • To design, deploy and maintain desktop standard operating environments. 
  • Deliver reliable level 2 desktop support to the groups of companies. Escalating incidents and problems that cannot be resolved to various Infrastructure Management teams. 
  • Ensure that desktop services meet SLA. 
  • Review information, incidents, problem and analysis collected and escalated by the Infrastructure Helpdesk team 
  • Manage the PC fulfillment activities including desktop/laptop/Thin Client provision, upgrades, standard maintenance, standard PC moves (IMACs) and hardware support. 
  • Evaluate desktop image change requests. Coordinate implementation of approved change requests. 
  • Support in intranet portal 
  • Provide IT Facility Management services including managing the physical site server / communications rooms, UPS, PABX, management of physical assets (good delivery, disposal, etc) and software media. 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
