IT Helpdesk Engineer -HTC Global services-Malaysia (Bangi)

Job description
• User ID creation, deletion, suspension, access level update, transfer & housekeeping
• Perform first level analysis via phone for access issues
• Perform password resets
• Provide guidance/recommendations on user’s inquiries
• Participate in audit support activities
• Participate in test scripts & UAT activity
Coverage Hours
• 9 hours per day (including lunch hour), 5 days a week (excluding public holidays)
