  Job Description
  Responsibilities

· Provide 1st level hardware and software troubleshooting assistance over the phone or remotely

· Log service tickets into the SITI’s Call Management System. If not resolved, escalate service ticket to appropriate support groups.

1. Minimum Requirement Diploma in IT or relevant field

2. Good fluent speaking in English

3. Is able to handle basic troubal shooting, example IE and Printer

4. Have good communication skill , can speak fluently and clear tone

5. Confident and able to provide positive and negative remark.

6. Able to work shift time ( morning and night)

7. Flexible in changing the shift time ( call back to cover during high peak)

8. Skill in managing email ( Extra point)

9. Team player and able to manage multiple accounts.
