Company Profile
We are representing an Information Technology IT Solution provider. They provide outsourcing services for retail and service companies. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Incident Management
  • Responsible for management of major incidents from initiation until resolution or an acceptable work- around is in place. 
  • Coordinate appropriate resources to resolve critical incidents in accordance with service level agreements. 
  • Own all formal communications during a major system outage, ensuring IT management and the businesses are kept updated until the incident is resolved. 
  • Coordinate, manage and keep chronology of events during incident management coordination. 
  • Update the incident reporting systems with status and resolution information. 
  • Perform post incident reviews for all major incidents. 
  • Partner with problem management on detection of potential trends; driving down repeat, service impacting failures. 
  • Monitor tickets to ensure they are assigned, the appropriate priority is applied and SLAs are met. 
  • Facilitate weekly reports for operations meeting with client IT Management, Support teams & vendors. 
  • Partner with IT line of business colleagues to increase the adoption of IT Service Management processes and drive continuous improvement across the entire IT organization. 
Problem Management
  • Responsible on assisting Problem manager in coordinating Problem. 
  • Act as focal point in absence of Problem Manager. 
  • Other adhoc task assigned by reporting manager 
Job Requirement:
  • A recognized Degree / Diploma or any other equivalent qualification.
  • At least minimum 3 years of experience in IT Incident Management. 
  • Strong team player with high customer service orientation. 
  • Strong analytical abilities; provide actionable insights from the data. 
  • Review feedback on process improvements and own continuous improvement efforts.
  • Certified in ITIL foundation level. 
  • Strong organizational skills; Ability to organize and structure high levels of information. 
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; Strong thinking process with the ability to apply creative solutions.
