Job Description

Your new role: As a Talent Advisor with IT Recruitment background, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a defined number of business areas with a key focus on direct sourcing.

Your main accountabilities:

  • Initiate sourcing activities (publishing vacancies, networking) to ensure regular supply of candidates.
  • Review, improve and advice clients on recruitment methods to ensure recruitment is effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with client to ensure understanding of their current and future priorities.
  • Keep abreast of and analyses market & sector development to ensure specialist technical knowledge is updated - to support provision of consultative service and market intelligence to client.
  • Real time updates for timely and accurate record keeping.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the team and the manager to maximize synergies, discuss market developments.

Who are we looking for?

  • 6 years and above relevant experience in IT recruitment
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the sector or business line
  • Good stakeholder management skill
  • Comfortable working with applicant tracking system
