Job Description
Responsibilities :

1. Identify new Large Enterprise sales leads by (but not limited to) maintaining fruitful relationship with Microsoft and pulling out pipeline and business opportunities

2. Coordinate sales effort with Microsoft and internal company teams including other sales and delivery teams

3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships, which mostly requires socialization of simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences

4. Present, promote and sell products/solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

5. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

6. Develop quotes and proposals

7. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

8. Expedite the resolution of client’s issues and problems to maximize satisfaction

9. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

11. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements :
1. Local Malaysian with 10 to 12 years of IT sales experience

2. Solid connectivity with Microsoft and also familiarity with BRM/CRM/PRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

3. Proven track record in sales for large (3 to 5 million USD) with Microsoft products/solutions like Azure, Dynamics etc.

4. Keep solid connection with clients in FSI and retail industry. Being able to bring a deal with such clients is a big plus

5. Preferable if having multiple-year working experience with Microsoft or one of top tier IT companies such as Accenture, IBM, DXC etc.

6. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales with Microsoft products

7. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

8. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

9. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

10. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

11. Graduation from a premium university with BS/BA degree or equivalent

Location : Cyberjaya
Salary : 18k-20k
Note : Option to buy out too (1 Month)
