Job Description
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically on Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas.
  • Knowledge of IT service management and the ITIL service operations and transition processes.
Preferred:
  • ITIL Foundations Certification or Certified ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. 
  • Experience with web UI development technologies - HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and AJAX.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for development of software/applications on the ServiceNow platform to support the company’s key departments.
  • Design, development, deployment and administration of ServiceNow components such as: 
  • Catalog Items 
  • Forms 
  • Workflows 
  • Dashboards 
  • Reports & Metrics 
  • Service Level Agreements 
  • Load, transform and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems. 
  • Monitor logs, performance and overall health of ServiceNow instances. 
  • Perform upgrades and quarterly patches as required by the ServiceNow platform. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, policies, methods, and tools. 
  • Provide guidance and training on ServiceNow to clients and end users. 
  • Provide a value-added experience to clients in every interaction.
