Job Description
  • Installs software and hardware in order to manage, monitor and otherwise support an extensive computer systems network.
  • Providing support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the Service Desk. 
  • The role will support technologies that will help deliver world class service to the clients. 
  • A passion for technology is balanced by the understanding of processes and procedures
  •  As part of the team, this position will share and communicate ideas and knowledge to all members of the organization.
