Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Japanese Speaking Transaction Processing Analyst -General .

Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows: 
  • Review quality samples agreed upon by the client and the Company
  • Perform analysis on quality trends and flag quality-related risks to the project leadership
  • Provide feedback to analysts to follow approved guidelines, procedures, processes in a consistent way. 
  • Reporting duties and special projects will be assigned to quality specialists at a higher career level 
  • Analyze and review photos, videos and text-based content following the guidelines and policies set by the client within the required turnaround time and flag objectionable content 
  • Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions. 
  • Interface effectively with other internal and client teams across multiple geographies
Candidates must be in the Philippines and willing to work in BGC or other location within Metro Manila.
