The Professional Services Consultant will be part of the Retail Banking team to provide implementing services for Cards Management solutions for our clients. This role will involve providing application and technical implementations and to deliver external and internal support on a regular basis.
The Professional Services Consultant will have experience in implementing applications within the Cards Management area and will join a team of experienced professionals responsible for the provision, availability and operations of our production systems and processes. The Professional Services Consultant will be based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Professional Services Manager who is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement custom development applications and interfaces for clients
Write robust code that adheres to defined standards and raise the bar with respect to quality
Specify and manage enhancements to be implemented under change management control
Develop and maintain client relationships, requiring deep technical and functional expertise
Be able to travel locally and overseas
Provide assistance on production support on a regular basis
Additional Responsibilities for Professional Services Consultant (Team Lead)
Provide hands on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team (onsite and offshore)
To review developer codes and resolve issues faced by developer
Understand requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
Ability to work on many projects or customization in various stages concurrently
Participate in robust debate on technical solutions along with Application Architects

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
