Job role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities and Accountabilities â¢ Provide order processing data entry for requests from customers to place and manage orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and additional requests, by phone, fax, email, and EDI transactions. â¢ Respond to inquiries in a manner which meets high quality, productivity and other performance standard in accordance with company requirements and customer needs â¢ Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. Attempt to troubleshoot customers' problems. Inform supervision/management of all unresolved complaints â¢ Document customer transactions accurately in Oracle. Ensure pricing approval process is supported and works in compliance to Customer Service policies and procedures.
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
