We expect you to:
  • Have a minimum of one-year experience with direct sales or sales support; 
  • Have great people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic and young team; 
  • Possess superior skills in presenting and communicating, writing and reporting; 
  • Be energetic, entrepreneurial, smart working and persistent; 
  • Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn; 
  • Hold a university degree in business, or related field; 
  • Excel in written and verbal English. 
  • Bahasa / Chinese speakers present an advantage. 

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Manages the planning, development, execution and promotes the sales campaigns of projects, products and services of The KPI Institute through all communication channels; 
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients; 
  • Contacts prospective customers to present the benefits of enterprise sales accounts and converts them in loyal customers; 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local/national companies and public institutions; 
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales; 
  • Assures continuous communication on LinkedIn Groups and other professional web-based communities on performance management related topics promoting The KPI Institute offering.
