Job Description
LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
Location - Labuan
Salary Negotiable

Key Accountabilities:

To support Material and Logistic and Line Manager in matters relating to material Transfer, Logistic and onsite inventory. Responsible in the executing of logistics and expediting requirements for development project, development drilling and operations.

Duties include the following:
• Freight forwarding strategy & appointment
• Duties, Taxes Exemption and Import Permits
• Customs Tariff Code Classification for determining tax structure and exposure
• Documentation – Pre/Post Shipment
• Handling, Packaging & Transportation Procedures
• Monitor and coordinate logistics and transportation for operations on-site
• Coordinate and execute regular meeting with contractors and suppliers of material and goods on progress of manufacturing and logistics activities
• Prepare and distribute regular logistics and expediting tracking report to User departments
• Perform and optimize warehouse stock control by liaising with related parties in order to ensure material are sufficient and ready-to-use
• Monitor and performs all inventory transaction i.e. Goods Receive (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Goods Return, Goods Transfer, Goods assembly or modify and Stock sale process
• Create DDR (Damaged & Discrepancy Report) in case of deviation, and inform related parties for further actions
• Create IDR (Inventory Discrepancy Report) in case of found inventory missing, obsoleted, or expired and inform related parties for further actions.
• Maintain and provide up-to-date and accurate documents/records/reports of material movements & transactions in stock management system database (SAP) as well as regular physical stock count
• Prepare MHE record accurate documents/records/reports to supervisor.

Professional Knowledge & Experience:
Education Qualification
• Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or any relevant field

Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Stakeholder Management skills – Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties
Familiar with relevant COMPANY upstream standards, guidelines, process and systems
Good networking across industrial players and COMPANY
Attention to details

Work Experiences
Minimum 5 years’ experience onshore/offshore Materials Coordination, Logistics in Oil and Gas Industry;
Knowledgeable in cost effective inventory principles and management;
Recent exposure to Sarawak Malaysia Oil and Gas operations
