Logistics & Customer Service Executive/ Assistant

Job Description
- Fully support in the overall sales operation, inventory control & delivery monitoring
- To propose customer for product options suitable to new housing / building projects 
- To follow up on the projects or with dealers
- Support and coordinate for client admin inquiries & complaints on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone calls and emails

- Co-ordinate and follow up on customer’s queries, opinions and feedback between the relevant internal department and customers

- Prepare quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoice, good return note, filing and updating into system and relevant department

- Follow up with client on document/ parcel sent and outstanding delivery
 
- Carry out sales coordination and administrative task

- Participate in road-shows, exhibitions and launching events if necessary

- To perform ad-hoc tasks or general administrative matters as required by superior


Requirements:-

- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably specialized in sales& marketing/ customer service/ business or equivalent.

- Understand Mandarin are advantaged

- Willing to work in Meru, Klang
