Role: Customer Experience Agent
**Freshers who are interested to start their career in a Customer service/Call center are also encouraged to apply
Education: Minimum SPM
Work Location: Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Contract Duration: Initial Contract of 12 Months (1year) + renewable
Working days / Working Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 working days with 2 days off in a week)
Basic Salary: 2200 - 2500 RM Per Month
Night Shift Allowance: 400 RM Per Month
Â· Attending Inbound and Outbound calls.
Â· Handling Emails.
Â· Resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
