We have immediate requirement for a reputed company

Role : Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Permanent
Work Location : Kuala lampur, Malaysia.
• Handle phone-in enquiries of current and prospective members in respect to redemption program.
• Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets and effecting changes to schedules.
• Maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles.
• Send programme related collaterals and forms.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics.
• Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members’ issues.
• Meet daily KPI requirement.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Fluent Chinese, English.
• 15 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Possess great interpersonal skills and soft skills necessary for the job.

Potential Shift Timing:
1. Morning Shift (5 days work per week)
• 7am-4:30pm
• 8am-5:30pm
• 9am-6:30pm
• 10am-7:30am
• 11am-8:30pm

2. Mid-Shift (5 days work per week)
• 2pm-11pm
• 3pm-12am

1. Night shift
• 8pm- 8am- 12 hrs shift (4 days work, 3 days off day)
