Role : Customer Service Representative Job Type: Permanent Work Location : Kuala lampur, Malaysia. Responsibilities â¢ Handle phone-in enquiries of current and prospective members in respect to redemption program. â¢ Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets and effecting changes to schedules. â¢ Maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles. â¢ Send programme related collaterals and forms. â¢ Advise on latest promotions and mechanics. â¢ Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve membersâ issues. â¢ Meet daily KPI requirement.
Requirements â¢ Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field. â¢ Required language(s): Fluent Chinese, English. â¢ 15 Full-Time position(s) available. â¢ Possess great interpersonal skills and soft skills necessary for the job.
Potential Shift Timing: 1. Morning Shift (5 days work per week) â¢ 7am-4:30pm â¢ 8am-5:30pm â¢ 9am-6:30pm â¢ 10am-7:30am â¢ 11am-8:30pm
2. Mid-Shift (5 days work per week) â¢ 2pm-11pm â¢ 3pm-12am
1. Night shift â¢ 8pm- 8am- 12 hrs shift (4 days work, 3 days off day)

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
