Undertake technical work such as design proposal, project development or related engineering activities
Develop Project Objectives, including quality objectives and project outcomes, project budget, other parameters, or constraints and develop initial Project Brief. Undertake feasibility studies and review of site information
Prepare Concept Design, including outline proposals for structural design, building services systems, outline specifications and preliminary cost information along with relevant project strategies in accordance with Design Programmed
Prepare Developed Design, including updated proposals for structural design, building services systems, outline specifications, cost information and project strategies in accordance with Design Programmed
Prepare Technical Design in accordance with design responsibility matrix and project strategies to include all architectural, structural, and building services information, specialist subcontractor design and specifications, in accordance with Design Programmed
Any other task that may be assigned by superior as and when required

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
