Years/Field Experience: • Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience in corporate environment or strategy or business development or sales functions. Candidates with past experience in handling corporate proposals and/or project evaluations are preferred. Candidates from engineering or technical background, but have strong exposure in business/commercial areas and have strong business acumen are also preferred. • Possess strong business acumen and commercial sense. • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. • Possess excellent knowledge of relevant businesses of telecommunication and its group of companies and the industry
Personality Traits: • Self-motivated, a team player, able to manage and lead a team, able to lead and manage multiple projects at any one time, able to work independently immediately with minimum supervision and able to interact/communicate with individuals from all levels, including top and senior management team of Group/business partner’s/target businesses/companies. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
