Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Mandarin Customer Service Analyst.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of a Bilingual Mandarin Analyst include: 


1) Perform customer support via phone, chat and email both in English and Mandarin Language.

2) Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.

3) Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

4) Coordinate with Mandarin counterparts using Mandarin language as the main language for communication.

5) Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her team lead from time to time.

Service channels: Inbound/Outbound phone, email & chat

Language Premium on top of the basic salary and benefits are provided, based on the result of language proficiency assessment.

Candidates must be in the Philippines and willing to work in BGC.
