Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Mandarin Speaking Transactions Processing Analyst.

Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows:

- Manage daily ticketing queues which includes researching the invoice discrepancies and customer service to answer dispute related concerns
-Respond to and resolve cases raised by Collections and/or Sales Team, pertinent to invoice dispute

-Timely management of cases according to the agreed SLA's

-Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge of products and services offered by the client

-Take ownership of customers' issues ensuring end-to-end service with an emphasis on excellent customer service satisfaction and attention to detail

-Take the lead in the weekly calibration with the Collections team to ensure alignment on process and Dispute coverage

-Connect and proactively communicate with the Sales team in resolving invoice disputes

-Identify possible High Risk Incidents involving PII exposure, raising the incident and completing the RCA for TL and GOM review

-Ensure understanding of team SLAs,CPIs and KPIs and align to management's vision and direction

-Ensure that dispute activities are performed within SLA's requirements, and following the approved desktop procedure by the client

-Month End close, data freeze and scheduled billing run are observed by ensuring timely and accurate completion of the activities

-Adhere to policies and guidelines set for both client and the Company 
-Ensure appropriate controls are in place related to the activities of dispute processing to ensure data and distribution

Language Premium on top of the basic salary and benefits are provided, based on the result of language proficiency assessment.
