Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field; • At least 2 year(s) of working experience; • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill; • Matured, committed, self-motivated and responsible with good working attitude; • Have team-oriented mind-set; • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office.
The Malaysian Rubber Export Promotion Council (MREPC) was incorporated on 14 April 2000 under the Companies Act 1965 as a company limited by guarantee under the Ministry of Primary Industries. MREPC is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Minister of Primary Industries. MREPC is tasked with undertaking market promotion of quality Malaysian rubber products in world markets, and in particular, to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
