• Define, develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve Household Gloves’ sales, market share and growth
• Carry out comprehensive analysis of global Household Gloves’ market using marketing methodologies to understand the competitive environment, identify threats and opportunities in order to develop marketing plan
• Liaise with Country Managers, marketers to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and alignment of performance with the plans
• Work with factory closely to ensure smooth and effective product launching.
• Keep abreast with current and emerging trends, issues and developments in the Household Gloves’ market to provide feedback to management on customers’ needs so as to drive the direction of R & D projects.
• Develop a structured and sensible product pricing.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers by working closely with Country Managers and marketers.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least Degree or Master in Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent from reputable universities.
• Possess relevant sales experience in Household Gloves and Industrial Gloves.
• Well-versed in serving the local account / local distributor.
• A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence with analytical mind.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong communication, analytical, marketing and negotiation skills, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel and Outlook.
