Job Description
Supports users with day-to-day issues and acts as a front line support partner for

issue resolution



Develops database, server-client, and web-based ERP solutions. Assembles unit

tests and solves technical problems



Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions.



Designs and details solutions, and identifies areas of improvement



Works as part of the North American Business applications team that includes

the US and Canada

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS



Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 experience is a must



5 years in IT industry or organization with at least 3 years in a Navision technical

role



Consulting experience preferred



A BS / BA degree or above in CS or relevant field



Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2014/2016, SQL Server Integration Services

(SSIS), T-SQL



Experience interfacing between technical teams and non-technical teams



Experience with Software Project Life Cycle and hands on project execution



Experience with both technical and functional design requirements.



Experience working with enterprise applications and solution architectures



Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)



Self-motivated



Works well with a team



Problem solving skills



Must be willing to work night shifts



Dynamics 365 experience is a plus



Azure and/or AWS Cloud service experiences is a plus
