We need your assistance to design, develop, enhance & maintain mobile software applications. You will be responsible on investigations into defects, research for problem solutions as well as the implementation of problem rectifications.
We work from Monday to Friday and our office is located in North Point, Mid Valley City, which can be easily accessed by KTM and other public transport. You will work in a cozy office (with a pantry stocked up with biscuits, snacks and beverages), and surrounded by nice and friendly colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least 2 years solid working experience in mobile apps development.
Knowledge and skills in Android and iOS programming.
Diploma or degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Able to converse fluently in English.

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
