Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Process/Chemical Engineering
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/ workshop environment
In-depth understanding of chemicals and resins and their differences, applications and uses, specifically moulding and bonding type applications for marine use
General understanding of material types, such as Nitrile Rubber, TPU, PU/PE, Polyurea, Nylon etc
Experienced in the application of chemicals and resins, for example pre-moulding preparation (cleaning, degreasing, adhesion promotion, prevention of contamination), weighing and separating by volume of parts A/B, storage of chemicals, processing to ensure correct mix ratios, temperatures, humidity control etc
Familiar with moulding methods and types, for example:
High pressure, high temperature injection moulding, screw feed and direct ram injection
Low pressure, low temperature injection moulding
Familiar with casting, vacuum casting and extrusion moulding
Organised, methodical, pro-active
Responsible, a team player, able to communicate and integrate well in an international environment
Organise and perform all required moulding jobs
Diagnose and correct problems with the moulding processes including moulds, set-ups, automation etc
Perform preventive maintenance on moulds, moulding machines and auxiliary equipment

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
