Application support - Provide ongoing technical support for various software applications to all college administrative staff
Application implementation - implement any purchased software systems, enhancements to existing software systems, modifications to existing software systems required
Business Analysis - Understand and evaluate business procedures to provide a software based solution to increase productivity and efficiency to existing procedures
Application Development - create new software based solutions/enhancements for both students and staff using existing framework
Job requirements are:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Required skill(s): JavaScript, PHP, .Net frameworks, MSSQL Database skills, IIS web server
Familiar with front end frameworks (Angular or Bootstrap)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess strong analytical skills
Experience in Moodle or Course Management System (CMS) is an added advantage

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
