Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of import and the use of data upload templates
  • Knowledgeable with NetSuite database structure is a plus point
  • SQL Server experience
  • Microsoft Access experience
  • Advanced Excel experience including VBA and Pivot Tables
  • Database experience including Scripting, Saved Searches and Reports
  • Data Migration and Cleansing experience
  • Experience reviewing large data sets for trends, errors or pattern including writing reports and recommendation to the business on issues, errors or trends within the data.
  • Experience performing standard data checks to look for issues with the data sets and provide feedback to users.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices, especially Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory and general ledger accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
  • Ensure database migrations are handled within agreed timelines
  • Provide consistent and accurate information to Franchise Partners and PSC personnel
  • Performing data analysis and cleansing tasks to identify trends, errors across multiple data sets in Franchise Partners and PSC.
  • Make recommendations on data integrity changes to various data sets including inventory, vendors, customers and general ledger.
  • Provide brief written memo’s on data trends or errors within the data sets.
  • Prepare and issue standard reports to the business on Franchise Partner compliance and performance.
  • Performs miscellaneous other duties as required.
