Position: Network Pre-Sales Architect
Salary: Up to RM13, 000
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Petaling Jaya
Team Size: 10
Working Days: Monday till Friday
Working Hours: 9am till 6pm


Job Description:
  • Provide technical pre-sales support for network solutions and in multi-vendor routing, switching and WAN solutions.
  • Analyse, integrate and architect the network infrastructure solution in accordance with the customers business, technical and operational requirements.
  • Assist in the bidding efforts such as BOM & quotation preparation, solution verifications, proposal write-ups, customer presentations, proof of concepts and other related activities.
  • Liaise with the deployment team to ensure a successful deployment of network projects is delivered to the customers.
  • Interface with the customers directly to provide consultancy services.
  • Other related tasks as and when is required.


Requirements:
  • Diploma and above in Computer Science, Networking, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-7 years of working experience in Technical Pre-Sales as well as designing IT & Network infrastructure solutions with at least 2 years in a Cisco networking environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required Skills:
    • LAN Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Security and Voice Solutions.
    • Sound knowledge in LAN, WAN or DC Networking.
    • Knowledge in network bandwidth management, optimization and Application Delivery Control (ADC), SDN, SDWAN, Cloud Management Networking, SD-Access, Virtual Networking.
    • End-to-end Network Integration.
    • Good exposure in common IT landscape for enterprise customer environment.
    • Designing IT infrastructure solutions.
    • Technical Pre-Sales
  • Cisco Certifications such as CCNA/ CCNP/ CCDA/CCDP or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, self-driven and able to work under tight schedules.
