Job Description
  • Excellent communication and trouble shooting skills are required to work in this first-line support role.
  • Monitor, maintain, support and optimize all IT related network, hardware and software we now carried.
  • Collaborate with expert level engineers to ensure efficient and effective deployment of new system.
  • Work closely with Team Lead on day-to-day work assignment and on-site troubleshooting if required.
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network topology, system configuration, mapping and service records.
  • Actively engaging in on-going trainings as part of work KPI.
